RADAR ANOMALY. KEY WEST U.S.A OCTOBER 17 2011

Radar ring out-burst over key West in the U.S.A. Most of the East coast has been seen having ring out-burst for the last few days. Normally when i see these there is a dramatic change in the weather this normally occurs around 48 to 72hrs later. Will be keeping a eye on this to see if anything develops over the next few days.
